While not directly on the water, this cottage shares access of the private beach with the gated community. As well, a boat launch is nearby.
Featuring a soaring vaulted ceiling throughout, this well-appointed three-season cottage boasts a generous 1,400 square feet that include a spacious living room with large picture windows and wood-burning fireplace, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms, four-piece bathroom, as well as a storage and utility room. Birch hardwood flooring is in the living room, dining room and kitchen.
In addition to the sand beach, a deck and fire-pit area allow for enjoyable relaxation among the great outdoors.
Heating of the cottage is provided by the wood fireplace, with propane as well. Electricity is by a gas generator, as well there are solar panels. Water is supplied by a drilled well. An energy-efficient on-demand hot-water system was installed in 2017.
Furniture is included, as well as propane appliances.
